Dulux-approved decorators are experienced professionals whose
abilities and skills are of the highest standard. You can also
be certain that their work will comply with any relevant regulations,
such as those laid down by the Health & Safety Executive.
Quality products
Be assured that only good quality materials appropriate
for the job will be used, and we will not skimp or take short-cuts to keep costs down.
No hidden costs or nasty surprises
All quotes or estimates will be given in writing and will include a
detailed specification of the work to be done. Prices will be fully inclusive
of material, labour and cleaning away of debris.
Advice
Dulux approved decorators will be courteous and honest and give you
only the best advice on any aspect of painting and decorating.
Insurance
All Dulux approved decorators carry adequate insurance cover, including public liability.
Good Housekeeping
All furniture, fixtures and surfaces not painted will be adequately
protected and your house will be left clean and tidy with any debris removed.
Dulux deposit protection scheme
If you have paid a deposit to cover the cost of Dulux Trade products
you are automatically covered. This means in the unlikely event of the
insolvency of a Dulux approved decorator you will not lose out. Make sure
you get a written receipt for your deposit and on production of this receipt
Dulux Trade will supply free of charge any Dulux Trade materials for which the deposit was given.
Choosing your colours
Many of our approved decorators can also help you to choose colours and
colour schemes for your home. If the shade you want isn't available, give your
decorator a sample and they can have it mixed to the colour you want.
Once the work is completed you will receive a job completion form to validate
your 24 month guarantee. If there's any aspect of the work that you are not happy
with, our customer service team will come and inspect it. And if it is below
standard we will make it good at no extra cost to you (providing Dulux Trade
products have been used).
