Exterior Work
Exteriors of any properties have to withstand many weather conditions
and extreme temperature changes. Wood should be treated every 3-5 years,
and masonry every 5-7 years. John Green Decor has experience in many styles of properties.

This new home needed the woodwork re-varnishing: we used four
coats of Sadolin woodstain on the window frames and Dulux Weathershield on all the rendering.

The pebble dashing was painted with Dulux Weathershield Masonry paint.
The windows were prepared and then had four coats of Dulux Weathershield Gloss applied.
This West End Property's two six-storey fire escapes were in desperate need
of refurbishment. The project took almost nine months to finish, John Green Decor
co-ordinated the project, the works included:
- Sandblasting down to bare metal
- Engineering works - all nuts, bolts and any threads beyond repair were replaced
- Welding work undertaken where required
- Two coats of Dulux Zinc Phosphate Primer and two coats of Dulux black metal shield applied
